has updated its Doo Bag with
a fresh look to be more cohesive

product line. It features a cleaner

ters. The product at-

es. Its Velcro strap and quick clip
allows easy, out-of-the-way car-

Kurgo Products in Salisbury,
Mass., has launched an in-line
merchandising unit to display its
full line of
adjustable 1-foot racks that high-
light Kurgo’s expanded line of
fabrics and fashion styling.
Each four-rack unit holds up
to 72 pieces, with 24 facings that
can be configured and expanded
in 1-foot increments.
The display’s suggested setup
measures 34.125 inches high by 12

DAVE’S PET FOOD ISSUES
Dave’s Pet Food in Agawam,
Mass., has issued a voluntary
recall/withdrawal of approximately 300 bags of Dave’s Simply the Best Dog line of dog
food, according to company
owner Dave Ratner.
The company also stated
that 90 percent of the recalled
products were stocked at
Dave’s Soda & Pet City stores;
all other retailers were notified
to pull the remaining products.

determined to be bad rice bran
in the formula, which has since
been discarded at the food’s

Tier Pet Nutrition released a
statement regarding the recall.
“No outdated materials
were used; however, it was noted on a subsequent production
run of another product that the
rice bran being used had an off
odor,” the statement reads.
Affected customers are encouraged to exchange their
bags or seek a refund.
