Within the merchandising section, retailers can find information
on displays for Twizzies, Twizzies

SYDNEE’S PET GROOMING
NAMED NEXTGEN LEADER
Sydnee’s Pet Grooming, which
opened its first location in 2011
in San Marcos, has been named
a NextGen Leader in Franchise
Businesses by the International Franchise Association. The
company also was named a
top franchise brand in 2016 by
Nat Srisark, who founded the
brand with his wife, Kim, said
they chose to open a grooming
business after seeing a lack of
high-quality groomers in the U.S.
After about eight months of re-
search, the couple purchased the
grooming business in San Mar-
cos, and they have since grown
it to eight other locations in San
Diego County. Four of the busi-
nesses are owned by franchisees.
Srisark said additional locations
are being planned for Orange
County and Los Angeles County.
Sydnee’s Pet Grooming has
found success by employing strategies used by larger companies in
other industries, Srisark said.
He said a common problem
in the pet grooming industry
is the high turnover of groomers, which is why Sydnee’s Pet
Grooming places a large emphasis on company culture.
TWIGO TAGS CELEBRATES
NATIONAL PET ID WEEK APRIL 17-23
National Pet ID Week kicks off
Sunday, April 17, and Twigo Tags
LLC of Hoboken, N.J., is ready to
celebrate the occasion. Twigo Tags
is carrying out its mission to help
ensure all pets wear an ID tag by
offering a special deal during National Pet ID Week: buy one Twigo Tag, get one half price, plus free
shipping on orders.
Pet identification is a crucial
step pet owners must take to
keep pet family members safe,
Twigo Tags stated. The best way
to ensure a pet’s return is to pro-
vide it with identification. If a
pet has more than one form of
ID, the chance of reconnecting is
increased, the company added.
In addition to National Pet ID
Week, April 23 is National Lost
Dog Awareness Day. This holiday
aims to bring attention to all lost
dogs each year. It’s also a day to
celebrate the thousands of lost dogs
successfully reunited with their
families, the company reported.
“Without proper identification, 90 percent of lost pets never
return home,” said Janine Berg-er-Gillet, owner and inventor
of Twigo Tags. “April is a great
month to shed awareness on this
issue, and we’re ready to motivate owners to take action by
offering this Twigo Tag special to
celebrate the occasion.”
