SURE PETCARE PARENT BRAND CHANGES NAME
Allflex Group, parent brand of Allflex, SCR, Biomark and
Sure Petcare, has changed its name to Antelliq.
Antelliq is the new parent brand for the group and
incorporates its major animal identification and monitoring companies, including the key brands of Allflex, SCR,
Biomark and Sure Petcare.

identification company into an animal intelligence com-
pany, creating world-class devices for animal identifica-
tion and traceability, pioneering monitoring solutions,
and delivering smart data products and services,” said

RUFFWEAR TOOL CONNECTS ONLINE
CUSTOMERS WITH LOCAL RETAILERS
Ruffwear has launched a website shopping tool that connects customers with retailers in their area that carry Ruffwear products.
The Bend, Ore.-based company is partnering with Locally, an
online platform that helps connect consumers with in-stock products at retailers located near them. The collaboration is part of
Ruffwear’s long-term commitment to its retail partners, company

the option to set up an inventory feed to Locally, providing customers current information on what gear is available immediately
in their area.
“We are excited to offer the Locally experience on ruffwear.com,”
said Susan Strible, Ruffwear’s director of marketing. “Many canine
adventurers and their human companions like to try on Ruffwear
gear in person and interface with local experts. With Locally, we can
drive traffic to our valued dealer partners’ locations and customers
can easily find the Ruffwear gear they need in their own backyards.”
RAW PET FOOD COMPANY EXPANDS
FACILITIES FOLLOWING GROWTH
Carnivore Meat Co., maker of raw pet food brands Vital Essentials and Vital Cat, broke ground in December 2017 to expand its
production facilities in Green Bay, Wis.
“Growth in 2017 exceeded our expectations,” said Lanny Vie-
gut, CEO and founder of Carnivore Meat Co. “In order to meet this
year’s demand, we have committed $6 million in capital improve-
ments that include a 5,350-square-foot expansion of our manufac-
turing facilities and installation of new equipment.”
One of the most significant improvements includes the addition
of new custom-built freeze-drying units that will be housed in the
plant expansion, officials added.
